Standard six-hour rental is 5:00 PM–11:00 PM. Alternative event schedules may be quoted. Music and event activities end by 11:00 PM.

What Your Venue Rental Includes
- 5,000-square-foot climate-controlled indoor plant showroom and event barn.
- Indoor tables and white cross-back chairs for the agreed guest count, up to 150, subject to inventory and floor plan.
- Arrangement of included indoor tables and chairs according to the approved floor plan.
- Designated gardens, bougainvilleas, fountains, pergolas and photography areas.
- On-site parking; attendants and any golf cart service are itemized in the proposal.
Capacity note:
Indoor seating capacity is up to 200 depending on layout; tables and chairs for more than 150 are NOT included and may require third-party rentals. Do not promise included seating for 200.

You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured caterers, bartenders, photographers, florists, DJs, planners, decorators and other event professionals, with no outside-catering or outside-vendor fee.
Prefer recommendations? We can introduce you to our trusted preferred vendors for catering, bar service,
entertainment, photography and video, décor, planning and other services. The choice is yours.
Vendors must meet applicable venue licensing, insurance, setup and safety requirements. Third-party
services are not included in venue rental unless specifically quoted.

Important: Outdoor setup does not automatically include ceremony chairs unless a specific written proposal says it does. Do not double-charge where chairs are expressly included in a negotiated package.

After we confirm your event date and package, a $1,000 save-the-date payment reserves the date
and is credited toward your total.

For events booked more than 30 days in advance, interest-free monthly
installments may be arranged. The full balance must be received at least 30 days before your event.

An inquiry or estimate alone does not hold a date.
After the full reservation payment is confirmed, we prepare the formal venue

Required Event Liability Insurance
Event liability insurance is required separately and purchased directly from the insurance provider.
Estimated cost is typically $150–$200 depending on the event and coverage. Appropriate alcohol liability
coverage is required if alcohol is served. Proof of coverage is required before the event.
