What is on the property

• The White Barn. About 5,000 square feet of clean white interior, air-conditioned, with tables and chairs available to use in your shots.
• Bougainvillea rows. A full-time production nursery, so there is color across the rows most of the year, not a staged flower wall.
• Open farm space. Green space and farm buildings for wide shots and sunset photos.
• Two cottages. Private rooms for hair, makeup, wardrobe changes or a quiet place for your models or performers to wait.
• On-site parking for crew and equipment vehicles.

Good for

• Engagement, maternity, family and quinceañera portrait sessions
• Fashion, product and brand photography
• Music videos, commercials and short-form content
• Film and television scenes
• Magazine and styled photo shoots

How booking works

• Come see the property first. Visits are free, Monday–Thursday, 3–7 PM, by appointment.
• Tell us the date, hours, crew size and what you are shooting. You receive a written quote for the hours you need, whether that is one hour, a half day or a full day.
• A $1,000 payment holds the date and is credited toward your total.
• Larger productions provide proof of insurance before the shoot date; ask us what is needed when you book.
